My grandfather and father were architects, two of my aunts graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago; I come from a creative family. I studied with Ka Kwong Hui, Leon Golub, Joan Semmel, and John Goodyear while at Rutgers. I have been a professional artist for over twenty-five years.
