What We Do
We provide funding for Sussex County Arts, History and Social programs,
distributing grant funds provided by the State of New Jersey to approved nonprofit organizations.
We retain a small sum from these funds for expenses incurred administering the grant programs.
However, this covers just a fraction of our costs.
We must make up the difference with the help of our sponsors and supporters,
contributions by our members, and our fundraising activities.

Our contributions enable:
Actors and others to perform
in plays, variety shows and musical comedies.
Theater goers to enjoy their performances.
Musicians to play in an orchestra, practice,
and perform for local audiences.
Music lovers to appreciate concerts and performances
that include classical, pop, jazz, choral,
a cappella and barber shop.
Children and teens to participate in art and musical performances
Everyone to discover
our local history through the work of the
various local historical societies and county museums..
